This blog is dedicated to two of my passions. The first is a public and the other a recent and more private one. I'll talk about some of the joys and frustrations of teaching at a univeristy as well as the adventure of exploring fascinating dimensions of taste in new cocktail creations with a twist of science. Who would have guessed, teaching, science and cocktails actually go very well together ;-) .

Moreover, I am not a cocktail expert of any kind and have no authority in the field but my personal curiosity and limited experience.
